"We started off in the morning (this past Sat.) making a visit to have a hitch that we purchased and had installed by Action Van & Truck World in Oshawa 2 years ago. Since we live out here now we called up one on Dixie to see if they would reinstall this hitch, but we were missing one piece of hardware that attached to the frame."

"We made an appointment for Sat morning going with the idea that we might need to buy a whole new hitch. When we got there they had no "extra parts" and could not install this hitch. We would have to buy a new one. We decided since we just put a lot of money into a trailer we were not going to put out more on a new hitch and could find someone to help us. Well this became a challenge."

"Then we came accross your company's name and number. We called and spoke to Nick and explained our situation. He said if we could be there around 2:00pm he would squeeze us in. Well we arrived around 1:59pm and I would say by about 2:35pm we were out of there with: a new Ball attached, wiring done, existing trailer attached and two happy smiling faces were on the road again to pick up our trailer."
